E3 Expo 2010 Accepted Forms of Industry Identification- Resale Tax Certificate
- Company Credit Card (with Applicant's name)
- Insurance Card
- Business License
- Paycheck Stub
- W-2 Form
In order to apply for free admission as a member of the interactive entertainment industry, you must submit two of credentials listed above. Your registration will not be complete until you submit two forms of Industry Identification. At least one form of Industry Identification must contain both your name and the name of your company. Incomplete applications will not be processed. The management of E3 Expo 2010 reserves the right to deny any applicant admission.
Note: International attendees should submit similar credentials unique to their country that confirm their employment in the interactive entertainment industry.
After completing your online registration, please fax your Industry Identification to 866.581.0214. Please include your full name, email address and registration number on ALL documentation.
