Attendee Registration Policies
E3 is a professional trade event and is not open to the general public. Individuals who are not able to document their direct and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry are not qualified to attend.

Age Requirement
Individuals under the age of 17 including infants will not be admitted to E3 2012.
Badge Information
All E3 attendees will be required to show a government issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) in order to pick up their badge holder on-site and gain access to the event. Do not use a fictitious name. The name on your ID and the name on your badge must be the same.
If you are registered and confirmed by April 23, 2012, and have a U.S. mailing address, you will receive your badge in the mail and must pick up your badge holder on-site at the Los Angeles Convention Center. For more information on where and when you can pick up your badge, please click here.
If you are registered and confirmed after April 23, 2012, or have an address outside of the U.S., you must pick up your badge and badge holder on-site at the Los Angeles Convention Center at Attendee Will Call located in the South Hall Lobby.

International Attendees
Badges will NOT be mailed to international attendees, including attendees from Canada. International guests can pick up their badges at the International Registration counter located on-site in the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Translation services will be available.
Cancellations and Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Attendees with Special Needs
Attendees who require special services should contact Show Management at 877-216-6264 to identify their special needs. All requests should be received by May 14, 2012, in order to ensure the availability of services.
