Is E3 Expo 2010 open to the general public?
E3 Expo is a professional trade event and is not open to the general public. Individuals who are not able to document their direct and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry are not qualified to attend.
How do I register for E3 Expo 2010?
E3 Expo 2010 Attendee Registration has closed. If you have an Industry Affiliate Pass code please enter here and click 'continue'.
What is the cost to attend E3 Expo 2010?
Free admission to the exhibit floor is available to qualified industry professionals who register and submit their industry credentials by May 3, 2010.
For those wishing to attend and who are not directly employed in the industry but are professionally affiliated with it, the price for a three-day floor pass is $400 prior to May 3, 2010 and $500 after that date.
What are the requirements for applying for a free exhibit pass as a member of the interactive entertainment industry?
To apply for free admission as a member of the interactive entertainment industry, attendees must submit two of the following credentials. At least one form of industry identification must contain both the attendee’s name and the name of his/her company.
Acceptable forms of Industry ID:- Resale Tax Certificate
- Insurance Card
- Paycheck Stub
- Company Credit Card (with Applicant’s name)
- Business License
- W-2 Form
International attendees should submit similar credentials unique to their country that confirm their employment in the interactive entertainment industry.
I have attended E3 Expo previously; do I still need to submit proof that I am a member of the industry?
Yes. Prior attendance at E3 Expo does not automatically qualify you for admission. Current industry credentials must be submitted.
Where/how do I submit my industry credentials?
After you complete your online registration, your two forms of industry ID should be faxed to
866.581.0214. Include your full name, your registration number, and your email address on ALL documentation.
How will I know if my request for free registration as a member of the industry has been approved?
You will receive an email confirming or denying your registration request approximately two weeks after the E3 Expo 2010 Registration Team receives your required industry credentials.
I work in the industry but I missed the May 3rd deadline for free show floor admission. Can I still attend?
Yes. Registration will be available online and on-site at the Los Angeles Convention Center through show dates. The admission charge after May 3, 2010, is $500 for a three-day show floor pass.
An E3 Expo exhibitor has issued me an Industry Affiliate email asking me to visit their booth at the show. Do I still need to submit industry ID?
Yes, you will still need to submit credentials to confirm your direct professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry. Registering with an Industry Affiliate pass should be completed online via the link provided in the Exhibitor’s email. If you do not register at that time, please print your email and bring your industry credentials on-site to the Industry Affiliate Verification Counter. If you do not provide documentation confirming that you are a member of the industry, payment will be required.
How can I receive a Visa letter?
Attendee Visa letters are distributed through our registration system. In order to receive a Visa letter, you will need to complete the entire registration process. A letter will be automatically emailed to all international guests when their registration is confirmed.
I have pre-registered. Will I receive my badge in the mail?
Beginning May 17, 2010, badges will be mailed to all U.S. attendees who are registered and confirmed by May 3, 2010. All attendees are required to pick up their badge holders on-site. If you are registered and confirmed after May 3, 2010, you must pick up both your badge and badge holder on-site at Attendee Will Call.
International guests can pick up their badges at the International Registration counter located on-site in the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center. Translation services will be available.
All attendees must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) when picking up their badge/badge holder.
Where can I pick-up my badge holder?
All attendees must pick up their badge holders on site. Attendees may pick up their badge holders at any on-site Badge Holder Pick-up Counter located in both the South and West Hall Lobbies. Badge Holder Pick-Up Counters at the Los Angeles Convention Center will open on June 13th at 1:00pm.

What is the cancellation policy?
All registration fees are non-refundable and registrations are non-transferable.
