Attendee Registration Policies
E3 Expo is a professional trade event and is not open to the general public. Individuals who are not able to document their direct and current professional affiliation to the interactive entertainment industry are not qualified to attend.
Industry Identification Requirements
To apply for free admission as a member of the interactive entertainment industry, attendees must submit two of the following credentials. At least one document must contain both the attendee’s name and the name of his/her company.
Acceptable forms of Industry ID:- Resale Tax Certificate
- Insurance Card
- Paycheck Stub
- Company Credit Card (with Applicant’s name)
- Business License
- W-2 Form
International attendees should submit similar credentials unique to their country that confirm their employment in the interactive entertainment industry.
Age Requirement
Individuals under the age of 17, including infants, will not be admitted to E3 Expo.
Badge Information
Attendees who have a U.S. mailing address and who are registered and confirmed by May 3, 2010, will receive their badges in the mail.
Attendees who have an address outside of the U.S. and/or are NOT registered and confirmed by
May 3, 2010, must pick up their badges on-site at Attendee Will Call.
All attendees are required to pickup their badge holders on-site and must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport).
International Attendees
Badges will NOT be mailed to international attendees, including Canadians. International guests can pick up their badges and badge holders at the International Registration counter located on-site in the South Hall Lobby of the LACC. Translation services will be available.
Cancellations and Refunds
All registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Attendees with Special Needs
Attendees who require special services should contact Show Management at 877.216.6264 to identify their special needs. All requests should be received by May 14, 2010, in order to ensure the availability of services.
On-Site Registration Hours & Locations
Registration counters will be located in both the South and West Hall Lobbies of the Los Angeles Convention Center.
