E3 Expo brings together interactive entertainment professionals from more than 80 countries. As you begin making your plans to attend this year, please take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa. It's never too early to start securing travel arrangements. Remember, that advanced planning by foreign travelers is absolutely critical, and that the timeframes for visa processing can vary significantly from country to country.

General Visa Information

Effective January 12, 2009, visitors to the U.S. from visa-waiver countries are required to register online and be authorized for entry as part of the new Electronic System for Travel Authorization (in English).

Visa Letter

E3 Expo distributes visa letters through our registration system. In order to receive a Visa letter, you will need to complete the entire registration process. A letter will be automatically emailed to all international guests when their registration is confirmed.

Registration

In order to apply for free admission as a member of the interactive entertainment industry, you must submit two of credentials listed here. Your registration will not be complete until you submit two forms of Industry Identification. At least one form of Industry Identification must contain both your name and the name of your company. Incomplete applications will not be processed. The management of E3 Expo 2011 reserves the right to deny any applicant admission.

International attendees should submit similar credentials unique to their country that confirm their employment in the interactive entertainment industry. After completing your online registration, please fax your Industry Identification to 866.581.0214. Please include your full name, email address and registration number on ALL documentation.

Badge Information:

Attendees who have an address outside of the U.S, must pick up their badges on-site at Attendee Will Call. All attendees are required to pickup their badge holders on-site and must present a valid government issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport). Badges will NOT be mailed to international attendees, including Canadians. International guests can pick up their badges and badge holders at the International Registration counter located on-site in the South Hall Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center . Translation services will be available.

Interpreters at E3 Expo

Language interpreters are available at the International Counter located in South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center for attendees needing assistance in several languages.
