The E3 Logo ("Logo") is a registered trademark owned by the Entertainment Software Association ("ESA") and is a copyrighted design in which all rights are owned by ESA. ESA is willing to grant permission for you to copy and reproduce the Logo subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. You will use the Logo precisely in the form provided and will not alter, mutilate or add to the Logo in any way.

2. You will use the Logo only in materials bearing your own name and trademarks, and will not use the Logo as a trademark for your own products or services.

3. You will use the Logo only for the purpose of advertising or promoting your participation in or involvement with the 2012 Electronic Entertainment Expo. In making this use, you will not represent or imply that ESA approves, sponsors or endorses your products or services in any way. You will not use or create any logo incorporating “E3” other than the Logo.

4. You will not claim any rights in the Logo and will not challenge ESA’s ownership of its rights in the Logo.

5. This permission is personal to you and/or the company of which you are an employee. You will not authorize the reproduction or use of the Logo by anyone else.

6. From time to time, ESA may review your use of the Logo to ensure your compliance with these terms and conditions.

7. Permission to reproduce or use the Logo may be withdrawn by ESA at any time, for any reason, upon reasonable notice to you.

8. You will bring to ESA’s attention any violation of this Policy of which you become aware.

9. If requested by ESA, you will provide reasonable assistance to ESA in any action against a third party making unauthorized use of the Logo.

10. You will indemnify and hold harmless ESA from and against any claims arising out of your use of the Logo or any of your products which bear the Logo.
