E3 2013 brings together interactive entertainment professionals from more than 100 countries. As you begin making your plans to attend this year, please take a moment and review the procedures for obtaining a visa. It's never too early to start securing travel arrangements. Remember, that advanced planning by foreign travelers is absolutely critical, and that the timeframes for visa processing can vary significantly from country to country.
General Visa Information
You can now complete the visa application form online by clicking here.
Effective January 12, 2009, visitors to the U.S. from visa-waiver countries are required to register online and be authorized for entry as part of the new Electronic System for Travel Authorization (in English).

Visa Letter
E3 2013 distributes visa letters through our registration system. In order to receive a Visa letter, you will need to complete the entire registration process. A letter will be automatically emailed to all international guests when their registration is confirmed.

Registration
nline media registration is now closed. On-site media registration begins on Sunday, June 9, 2013 at 1:00PM in the E3 Media Center in Petree Hall, located at the Los Angeles Convention Center.

E3 2013 media registration is open only to working journalists who are over the age of 17 with an accredited media outlet.
E3 2013 is a trade-only event and is not open to the public. No one under age of 17 will be permitted, including infants.
Qualifications of all media outlets will be determined by the E3 2013 media registration staff. Employees of media outlets who do not work in an editorial capacity will not be qualified for a media badge such as: Art Directors, District Managers, Graphic Designers, Publishers, Managers, Marketing Representatives, Public Relations Personnel, Sales Representatives and Senior Level Managerial staff.

Interpreters at E3 2013
Language interpreters in several languages are available at the International Registration Counter located in South Lobby of the Los Angeles Convention Center for attendees needing assistance in several languages.
International Lounge
Be sure to visit the lounge created just for you.
The lounge is open during show hours and is located on the second floor between the 300 and 400 Meeting Rooms overlooking South Hall Lobby.
